ACCESS TO CREATIVE MUSIC TECHNOLOGY was a project run in collaboration with Guildhall School of Music & Drama. This prestigous community of musicians is one of the top ten performing arts institutions in the world and created a totally free creative technology program especially aimed at F-List musicians. We know these are skills essential to a successful music career! The program culminated in a Symposium on the 25th July 2024 hosted at World Beat Studios.
The 7 courses, were run in June and July 2024 at the Guildhall premises, and were aimed at upskilling female identifying and non-binary musicians in critical recording technology areas in a friendly and supportive environment. The courses were:

The Symposium – Music Industry, Creative Technologies and Gender Equality – Guildhall School & The F List
Hosted in the World Heart Beat Recording Studios the Symposium was filled with insightful discussions on the music industry, creative technologies, and gender equality. The event, in collaboration with Guildhall School of Music & Drama and The F List was aimed at female, non-binary and gender diverse musicians, and shed light on important issues in the music world including the importance of music technology skills. From panel discussions to masterclasses and networking, women and gender diverse musicians had the chance to engage with industry experts and other musicians.
