We believe women and gender diverse musicians can produce great music but many barriers stand in their way

Women and gender diverse musicians will be able to more successfully start and sustain their careers for longer because of work of The F-List

Helping women and gender diverse musicians overcome structural barriers in the UK music industry by offering community, facilitating training and providing profile and professional opportunities

Raising awareness by developing The F-List website as the most up-to-date, comprehensive directory of UK female and gender diverse musicians living or working in the UK

Creating initiatives both independently and partnering with other organisations to facilitate training and career development opportunities for women and gender diverse musicians

Becoming a major authority for promoting gender equality in music through our campaigning and profile raising

Increasing knowledge by conducting research into gender inequality in music via our Gender in Music Research Hub
