Join Our Board – We’re Recruiting Two New Directors

We are looking for two passionate and committed women or gender-diverse people to join our Board of Directors as we celebrate our fifth year supporting women and gender-diverse creators in music across the UK. We welcome applicants from any genre of music and from across the industry – artists, educators, producers, promoters, managers, tech, executives, live, recorded, classical, grassroots and beyond. If you share our belief in a fairer and more inclusive music industry, we would love to hear from you. We particularly welcome applications from those with lived experience of under-representation in music or governance. 

About the Role

• Voluntary position (expenses covered where applicable)
• Community Interest Company (CIC) with a national impact
• Up to 4 board meetings per year (online, with one optional in-person gathering)
• Contribute to strategy, advocacy and the future direction of The F-List
• Help us champion women and gender-diverse talent across the UK

Whether you’re an experienced board member or stepping into governance for the first time, we will fully support you. If you haven’t been a director before, we’re happy to provide training and have an informal chat before you apply.
