Annie Rew Shaw

Annie Rew Shaw is an artist, producer, composer, and sound engineer based in London, UK.

She releases music under the alias Austel, and her self-released EPs Unfold and Cold Love have received critical support from the likes of BBC 6 Music, Fresh On The Net, The Line Of Best Fit, O2 Music, Sofar Sounds, BBC Introducing and London In Stereo.

Annie is currently studying an MA in Creative Music Production at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, alongside working as a live sound engineer and freelance producer. She is a member of 2% Rising and is passionate about improving gender equality across the music industry.
