Abi Foster

Abi Foster is an independent singer/songwriter based in Wales, UK. Abi started writing and playing guitar twelve years ago at age 13 and soon after that began gigging across Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire and The Midlands, performing songs from sixties to current chart hits as well as her own original compositions.

During the 2020 coronavirus lockdown, when all live music was stopped, Abi took to the internet and launched a crowdfunder, successfully raising enough money to create her 6 track EP “History Talks”. The EP was produced remotely with files sent back and forth between Abi and producer/musician Clovis Phillips and was released in January 2021.

Abi’s first single of 2023 ‘Fire (On My Own)’ came out on January 31st 2023 and has already had lots of positive feedback from followers as well as airplay on BBC introducing Shropshire!
