JPSM Management was created by Music Industry Executive Juliet Sharman Matthews in 2005, initially to work with Ruby Turner, now the right-hand woman of Jools Holland.​ Amongst other artists, she represents Sarah Jane Morris. Whether topping the charts with the 80s band Communards, co-writing the miner’s strike anthem, or making docu-dramas about Thatcher’s Britain, Sarah Jane Morris has been a free-spirited protest performer and political activist for over twenty five years.

Juliet’s 30 years of experience began with Heath Levy Music & Shapiro Bernstein, before being head hunted by Jive Records, Battery Studios and The Zomba Group, working closely with its founder billionaire Clive Calder. She is an experienced musician, singer and songwriter and her expertise lie in A&R, publishing and live / studio recordings. ​

Through all of this she has developed and nurtured exceptional relationships with international, national and regional press and has an acute understanding of the music industry.
